What would be the contradiction in the above statement?

There is no contradiction unless you object to the term "surface" which has many definitions. One other technicality is that when a single photon gets absorbed by an atom and re-emitted, it really isn’t the same photon and the atom may not even have released the same energy.

The sun is not a solid even in the center. It’s center is an extremely dense gaseous plasma. The atoms are so closely packed that the high-energy photons (gamma rays) released in fusion reactions are absorbed in only a few millimeters by another atom and then re-emitted again in a RANDOM direction (and at slightly lower energy).

The energy travels as photons from atom to atom, being absorbed and then re-emitted and so it takes a long time for radiation to reach the Sun’s surface.

Estimates of the average "photon travel time" range between 10,000 and 170,000 years.

After a final trip through the convective outer layer to the transparent "surface" of the photosphere, the photons escape as visible light.

Each gamma ray in the Sun’s core is converted into several million visible light photons before escaping into space.

Your question doesn’t make sense. Whatever amount of eggs the ovaries hold "at birth" is the same as when a female is "born".

I want to make colored snow… what is the best dye to use for several hundred/thousand gallons of water?

The dye needs to be non toxic. I work at a local ski hill and I will be using snowmachines.
I don’t know if food coloring would work because i would need to buy hundreds of bottles, unless you guys know of some industrial strength stuff.

well food coloring is fairly dense and would cover quite a bit not sure of the thousands of gallons though. Perhaps just a larger bottle would do. maybe these could help

California State University, Fullerton in much less expensive and they are a great school.

One of their grads went on to do animation for the movie Horton Hears a Who. I can’t remember what studio it was, but he worked for them.

CSUF is about $5,000 per year including books.
