Technically yes; however you are not supposed to add an "and" in your sentence and you’ve misspelled forty. The "and" only goes after the decimal point.

i.e. one hundred forty one million eight hundred thousand

if it was 141,800,000.50

Then: one hundred forty one million eight hundred thousand and 50

10,000 = Ten thousand
100,000 = One Hundred Thousand
1,000,000 = One Million
10,000,000 = Ten Million
100,000,000 = One Hundred Million

The correct statement would be,

"One hundred forty one million, eight hundred thousand".

Using, "and" is inappropriate, although most don’t notice. "One hundred AND forty one million" is incorrect.
