Nothing edited apart from a little cut ends so that it fits in 10 min.
1000 sit ups done at one go by me 
I had done it once before and now did it again on kobamasa40’s request. The man wanted to SEE it:D Unfortunately neither my cam nor youtube allow undivided whole long video.
The main idea was to prove that this is possible for a female to do.
I have some rests here and there only because I hadn’t done that many since April 2005 and I couldn’t manage to take deep enough breaths.
