I got an email from a company that said I would get 10 thousand dollars if I fill out my survey asking for?

my social security number, bank account number and all sorts of personal information and I have not heard back from them.

Did I just get scammed into doing a survey for free? I WANT MY 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS!
